Jim has been an integral part of the Crighton Players since 1976, during which time he has served on the Crighton Players Board of Directors, directed numerous shows, appeared in many productions, and volunteered in every other possible capacity. Oklahoma was his first show in 1976 and he also appeared in the 2006 season’s return of that stage favorite. Jim is interested in the history of the Texas Revolution and is a member o the Texas Archeological Society.

Joe is one of the original members of the Crighton Players and had the distinction of directing the first Crighton Players production performed on the Crighton Stage, "The Last Meeting of the Knights of the White Magnolia". He also had the distinction of directing the first Crighton players production on the Owen Theatre stage, "Wait Until Dark". Joe is a published poet and lives in Shenandoah with his wife Susan. Joe is currently the Crighton Players Theatre Manager at the Owen Theatre and is serving as our Artistic Director.

Grace has grown with the Little Theatre since joining the company in 1971. She has served on the Crighton Players Board of Directors several times, holding every office at least once. She is an active member of the Auxiliary at Conroe Regional Medical Center Hospital, a MENSA, a supporter of AACT and theatre for children. Grace holds a BA in Theatre from Beloit College and is also a published poet and author.

After an apprenticeship at Houston’s Alley Theatre, and several seasons touring Europe, Don Hampton returned to Texas and graduated from the University of Texas. He spent 23 years working on stage, television, and film in New York City. In 1981 he founded the Tyson Studio, a 75 seat off-off Broadway space used by many prominent NY acting teachers and the home of his production company, Empire Stage Players producing new American plays. He is a past President of the Crighton Players Board of Directors. Don is represented for film and television by Pastorini-Bosby Agency.

Bill became involved with the Crighton Players in 1997. He has held a lot of volunteer jobs with the Crighton Players including Membership Chairman, Season Ticket Chairman, Board Member, Board President, Volunteer Coordinator and Webmaster. Bill works in Houston as the Safety Director for an air conditioning company and builds websites as a sideline. Bill is Single and lives in Conroe.

Carole has been involved in theatre since the age of 7 and made her stage debut at Camp Zama, Japan. She received a Minor in Theatre from TCU and operated a theatre for 5 years in the 1960 area. Carole is a former member of the Crighton Players Board of Directors and is the Chair of the Crighton Players Productions Committee. She is the director of our very successful Annual New Year's Eve Galas.

A professional Actor for more than twenty years he has performed with Theatre Under the Stars, Houston Shakespeare Festival, Stages Repertory Theatre and Strand Street Theatre among others. Jeff has over 30years experience with the Texas Renaissance Festival where he serves as the Producer/Director and Graphic Artist.
